Welcome to Lobster On Wheels and Deep Fried Turkey on Wheels, founded by David Byers in 2003. 

Our goal is to provide a service where we bring the lobster to you for a relaxing family renunion in your backyard, a corporate gathering, company picnic, fundraiser, wedding reception or any reason that you can come up with to get a group of family and friends together and eat lobster. We will customize any of our lobster bakes or deep fried turkey bashes to accommodate your needs.

Our unique lobster steamer system and deep fried turkey cookers are one of a kind with this particular concept of cooking. Our revolutionary method of cooking your lobster allows your meal to be prepared with the natural flavor of mussels, onions, corn (in season) and new potatoes. The turkey we cook will be the most moist you have ever tasted – GUARANTEED!

We supply the refrigeration, preparation area and a power source. All equipment is provincially and federally inspected and certified. All lobster supplied is hard shell and all salads, vegetables, desserts, etc are made fresh. Our top priority is to provide excellent entertainment (yes, we even entertain your guests), quality and service in our menu preparation. Lobster On Wheels and Deep Fried Turkey on Wheels will suit almost any function you have planned and we'll be happy to work with YOU to make your function a huge success!

We do all the work at your party so you don’t have to. We supply all the food, condiments, eating utensils, napkins, plates and bowls. 
We bring the serving table, butter warmers, a trivia quiz to test your guests lobster knowledge (with the winning team taking home a 5 pound lobster) and everything needed to prepare and serve the meal.

 We remove the bagged trash when we leave. You will never know we were there, except for the happy smiles on the faces of your guests.

We do not supply tents or tables and chairs, eating utensils or dishware for your guests.

We've pulled out all the stops and put together a feast fit for Poseidon.

Plan a Lobster Bake or Rent / Buy all of your equipment from us and have your own! We rent and sell propane Lobster Cookers and deep fried turkey cookers. What better way is there to celebrate with friends and family?
